This mode has open source software available for use on the RFRadio Frequency. It can also be used via the soundcard interface on a PC to a radio that supports flat-audio tx. Winlink can transmit on HFHigh Frequency (3-30 MHz), VHFVery High Frequency (30-300 MHz) and UHFUltra High Frequency (300-3000 MHz), using OFDMOrthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing, MFSKMultiple Frequency Shift-Keying, PSKPhase-Shift Keying, sometimes multi-FSKFrequency-Shift Keying modes. Operated frequencies on VHFVery High Frequency (30-300 MHz) range are around 145 Mhz.
