This low VHFVery High Frequency (30-300 MHz) band signal was received in Northern Europe, 18th of November 2023, during good low VHFVery High Frequency (30-300 MHz) propagation conditions. It has a more or less irregular pulse pattern with short pulses and apparently constant frequency during pulse. Bandwidth of the signal is hard to determine due to splattering. Noticeable splatters can cover up to 40 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz.

Based on these signal characteristics, this might be a scientific radar.
