I received this strange signal through a Korean KiwiSDR receiver, and I suspect it is a digitally encrypted signal or local interference

Signal Analysis[edit]
I analyzed and reconstructed your signal by identifying its FT8 symbol timing and restoring the unusually widened FSKFrequency-Shift Keying tone spacing to the standard FT8 spacing. The reconstructed signal was confirmed to be an FT8 digital transmission from an amateur radio station in South Korea.
The unusual sound and spectrum were most likely caused by local interference or noise near the receiver, rather than encryption.
