This is an unidentified radar (or two similar radars) on two frequencies, 30.8 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz and 42.8 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz. The latter has been logged by the vhfskip group, but not identified.

Transmission seems to be pulsed, with about 250 HzHertz (Hz), unit of frequency, defined as one cycle per second (1 Hz). rep rate (vhfskip group reports 257Hz) and there is downwards FMFrequency Modulation sweep on each pulse. Bandwidth is hard to define, most of the signal seems to be within 50 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz, but something can be seen on a wider span, 90-100 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz perhaps.
