This is a broadcast jammer with characteristic sound, like "water droplets". It is likely Iranian as it has been observed jamming Radio Farda broadcasts, and it has been very active after the US-Israeli attack on Iran started in late February 2026.

At least some of these frequencies are used by Radio Farda, a US-funded station which broadcasts news to Iranian audience independently of the Iranian government.
