Hello everyone.
Could this be the AN/TPS-71 ROTHR from the U.S.?

This is not the ROTHR radar. Different radar can't be ruled out, but I think this may be one of the Russian CISCommonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the former Soviet Republic modes in standby. Emcbro (talk) 06:38, 1 March 2024 (NZDT)
