Signal was moved to identified category as it seems to be quite known in the UDXF community and among other listeners. The official name or other official information is not known, and there doesn't seem to be a commonly agreed name or Enigma designation, so I named this according to the signal characteristics.

If you have better information about this signal, feel free to edit/rename. Also, samples of the higher bandwidth modes would be great.
