A friend of mine discovered a variant of this signal that contains two preambles, but uses the same exact 6 khz beep tone to end the tx. The preambles sounds EXACTLY like rdlap, but end the same way with tyhe 6khz tone. We need further confrirmation as I need to post the signal's video here for additional citation. He lives in UAE.
