CIS-1200 (T-230-1A 'Mahovik')

CISCommonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the former Soviet Republic-1200 (T-230-1A Маховик), "Flywheel" in Russian, is a PSKPhase-Shift Keying based mode that can transmit both voice and data. It is transmitted from a Russian T-230-1A. Has been seen with both BPSKBinary Phase-Shift Keying (1 bit per symbol) and SDPSK manipulation at 1200Bd.
