This signal has been spotted by Antenna101 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina on 10th December 2023 on 603 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz.

The origin of the signal has a few suspicions as what it can be:

1. Military

2. Embassy

3. PC RFIa specific subset of electrical noise on the Electromagnetic interference (EMI) spectrum (Although seems unlikely)

The QTH of my station (Antenna101) is not far away from a military base and a few embassies which makes me think this is could be either military/embassy.

This station wobbles when idle and when it sends traffic, it's fixed on the frequency to send traffic, even sometimes frequency hopping while doing so.
