This signal is the same as the one I've captured. http://www.sigidwiki.com/wiki/Unknown_paging_940p862 --Cartoonman (talk) 10:38, 4 May 2017 (NZST)

Look, this signal was captured on the eastern coast of the United States. FMS-BOS is a system that not only has been only primarily deployed in Germany, but is listed to be on a lower frequency (400 MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz). https://cartoonman.github.io/Shoc/fmsbos.htm http://www.wavecom.ch/content/ext/DecoderOnlineHelp/default.htm#!worddocuments/fmsbos.htm https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digitalfunk_der_Beh%C3%B6rden_und_Organisationen_mit_Sicherheitsaufgaben

I need more proof before I consider this to be FMS-BOS --Cartoonman (talk) 15:02, 4 October 2017 (NZDT)
