A wideband noise centred around 14025 to 14050kHz. It is there 24/7 at a similar level, regardless of propagation conditions. It is only heard via an antenna. The same noise can be found for dozens of MHzMegaHertz (MHz) 10^6 Hz every 400kHz either side of this 14MHz one.
