This is wide display of spark gap like QRN occuring below and above the 40M ham band. It is approx 150kHz wide and moves from the CWContinuous Wave band then to the phone band on and off all during night time hours. Signals in Texas are over s9 at times. This occured simultaneously in PA on K3FEF SDR and in TXTransmit at my station so it cant be local interference. Other amateur radio operators in QSO with me have heard this throughout various areas of the USA. WHAT IS IT?
