Swedish MBS

Description

An FMFrequency Modulation subcarier system developed by the Swedish Telecommunications Administration. This paging format supports tone-only, numeric and alphanumeric paging. Data is transmitted using the 57kHz subcarrier at a rate of 1187.5 bpsBits per second (bps). MBS (Mobile Search) is used in a modified form (MMBS) in the US by Cue Paging.
