Short Description An unknown digital mode consisting of maybe PSK and freq hopping FSK bursts within the signal. No one at the moment know what it is. Went off the air around 21:45 UTC on 8/14/17. further observation concludes that it might be on a steady schedule. Don't know when it first went on air. ( MORE UPDATES IN THE PAGE)

An unknown digital mode consisting of maybe PSKPhase-Shift Keying and freq hopping FSKFrequency-Shift Keying bursts within the signal. No idea what if could of been. Went off the air around 21:45 UTC on 8/14/17. Don't know when it first went on air. UPDATE! Found again 2 hours later on a different frequency 9043 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz usb. Doing the same exact thing as before. 10 mins later Just hopped from 9043 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz to 6903 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz.

Next day (8/15/17), EA7SER discovered the same signal on different frequencies: 10558 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz and 11017 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz. Appeared first on 10558 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz then half an hour later hopped to 11017 kHzKiloHertz (kHz) 10^3 Hz.
