Location Grand Rapids
Short Description Sounds very similar to P25 except the beginning and ending preambles sound more like the RD-LAP type signal I posted here not too long ago.
I/Q Raw Recording
Audio Sample

When I used my pro 106 scanner to decode the audio, was of course, simulcast( meaning garbled up crap), but it did give me a P25 NAC of 165, or A5 in hex.

If you need this on the P25 page for a simulcast sample, and pic, or another trunking format, this would be the only one I found so far.

Update: possible use of FBI usage close to Rockford or grand rapids.
